We believe in supporting, enlightening and inspiring women to discover their true self

What does superwoman mean to you? The one with exceptional physical abilities, or the one who manages her work and home simultaneously. In my perspective, a superwoman is one who uplifts other women, a woman who empowers and encourages other women. Our Brains Media team is a perfect example of women's empowerment. The goal behind establishing this company was not just to prove that women can accomplish anything if they are together, but to support their passion, and offer an opportunity to bring the best out of themselves.

We help you grow and be a part of your success

Even now, there are too many women in Belgaum who want to work hard, who want to showcase their talents, who want to be an example for their kids. We have so many examples in our company. Jyoti, who comes from a small village traveling miles to Belgaum to Anjali who is a housewife and a mother. For us, it doesn’t matter whether you are well-educated or trained, our company helps you in every step and trains you in the best possible ways. We let our employees pursue their passion yet become a part of our company.

Not only us, but there are also other platforms that support women across Belgaum

Bella is one such platform, which empowers every woman entrepreneur from all over Belgaum city. Bella hosts a plethora of festivals every year, where women entrepreneurs get an opportunity to grow their business. Bella has been doing this incredible work for many years in Belgaum. Recently, our two employees Bharati and Nikita had participated in the Bella cake festival, which took place in the Mini Millenium Garden, Belgaum.

How Bharati and Nikita got hands-on experience

Our two amazingly talented employees Bharati and Nikita just proved everyone that a woman with support can achieve the unachievable. If I talk about Bharati, she is full of enthusiasm and hard work. She bakes delicious vegan cupcakes, among which, her Choco Lava cakes have been in the spotlight since the fest has happened. Talking about Nikita, she is very creative, smart and bakes mouth-watering home-made cakes. Both of them did not just impress everyone with their delicious cakes but made everyone proud too. Both our employees received amazing responses and appreciation from all the Belgaumites.

A little support can inspire them to achieve their goals

Their success was only possible because they both were supported by Brains Media and their loved ones. Both of them got half-day, as they were participating in the Festival and each team member too visited the fest to support them. The interesting thing was how Bharati’s husband helped her throughout the fest. From baking cupcakes to serving the customer to being beside her in every step. He proved that a perfect husband is the one who encourages you to fulfill your passion and is ready to help at any time.

Who says Women Are Women’s worst enemies

In Brains Media, we help women to build their confidence and encourage them to achieve their dreams. We are the only women-oriented company in Belgaum that provides various jobs and training to women. Each employee is a part of our growing company, we support them as their family supports them. We encourage them in such a way that even if they step out of this company, they go with lots of confidence and a goal to accomplish something in life. For us, it doesn’t matter whether we are based in a small city like Belgaum or a dynamic city like Bangalore. We believe, if we think in a different way, then we can definitely stand out among others.

Once a quiet city, Belgaum is now emerging into a thriving hub

Looking at these, all I can say is, change is taking place in Belgaum. There were not so many opportunities back then in Belgaum. But now, more and more opportunities are offered especially for women across Belgaum. From the past few years, Belgaum has hosted hundreds of festivals and events, where thousands of women from around Belgaum showcase their talents in various fields.
